Post: Hindu Religious Worker

Shri Sithi Vinayagar Thevasthanam is seeking a Hindu Religious worker to assist the Minister of Religion (Priest) to perform daily poojas for the Hindu devotees.


Candidate should be able to assist Minister of Religion (Chief Priest) in their pastoral duties, in particular making flower garlands, prepare Abisheka Thirviam for anointing the deities, decorate them with garlands and flowers, prepare panchamirtham(mixture of fruits, honey and other ingredients). He will be assigned responsibility for one or more aspects of the annual festival and other important religious ceremonies and maintaining the sanctum. Candidate should be able to communicate in Tamil and English.


Salary

Salary:  £1,625,52 per month + pension + free food & free accommodation including council tax and all utility bills.

2 years contract
